DEH’s protection program ensures vulnerable groups; including children, women, people with disabilities, & displaced persons, receive support, empowerment, & access to justice, fostering safety &  resilience.

The project aims to support 2,922 poor and vulnerable households in Hobyo district, Mudug region, through cash transfers and establish key building blocks of a national shock-responsive safety net system.

At DEH, we promote technologies and strategies that help mitigate the risks of water shortages and associated conflicts. We enhance access by rehabilitating water catchments, Barkads, and boreholes.

Our emergency education program strengthens local education systems, both formal and informal. Investing in education during emergencies builds resilience, social cohesion, and supports sustained recovery.
